Ta-Da!

Thanks to Dawn, queen of the Feathered Nest, and former proprietor of The Plum Tree, a lovely little shop south of Atlanta, for sharing her how-to-change-your-blog-background wisdom with the blogworld.

I feel better just looking at those lotuses.

Knitting was a huge success - I can now cast on, knit, and increase! I've been trying to teach myself to knit from a book for a while now, and it's been an utter failure. Definitely worth the moola to have someone really show me how.

Your new background looks great. I've thought about doing it before, but decided I liked the black background as a mat around my pics. I think yours turned out lovely.

I love The Plum Tree and it looks like it is time for a day trip up the road to have a peek. I would love to find one of those old window pane doors for my headboard on the bed. (My grandmother had one.) I would need the glass.

Do we really have to show the conga line pictures. I smell blackmail. It was great seeing you both. Next time Lindsey gets to be in the conga line! Great Gator pictures. I was not sure how to choose an identity and anonymous was the only one that worked. So I will give you more knitting lessons (I bet you didn't know I could do that!) if you give me blogging lessons. Super cute background. Looks like you have been one busy bee lately. Maybe you need to go back to the classroom so you can REST! Haha! :)
